He understood exactly what I wanted, honored our decision and was able to design the space according to my request and needs. He advised us of what can be done or not, prompt in rectifying any issues when we highlighted to him. Most works were done and completed within a given time frame. The pricing structure is very transparent. Most importantly, no hard selling! We have moved in to our new 3 room BTO since May 2023 and we are happy with the results. Josh even texted me (after 3 months we have moved in) to check on the works. We informed him that some areas need to touch up the silicone and the dish racks cabinet hydraulic spring has lost its force. Within few days, a contractor came and fixed everything! Highly recommended... very pleasant experience for my first home renovation... got referred to Dave Sim... he managed to solve the issues that we faced in our layout and also able to complete the whole renovation in a very tight timeline without any compromise on the quality of the carpentry works... I totally hand-off throughout the whole renovation and only do occasional check after working hours and report any issues I identified. all the work is handled by Dave without needing to take much time off work to monitor the progress. Dave also gives good design recommendations and maximises the space for our usage... Dave is very experienced in advising whether a particular appliance or equipment is able to be put in the area... the design looks good and everyone praise my house is really well renovated..
